Practical Vedanta
The Swasth Institute has been catalysing meaningful change for
5 small-group weekly sessions
About Practical Vedanta
Join us for ‘Practical Vedanta’, a workshop anchored in the profound wisdom of the Isha Upanishad, a text regarded to be so rich, that it can be studied for lifetimes. This offering simplifies, and makes accessible, this ancient text that captures the why, what and how of living a wholesome life. We curate for you, a bias-free space that helps you understand the theory and practice the techniques that facilitate spiritual growth.
The workshop is centered on the philosophy of ‘and’, and it nudges you to develop an integrative perspective on the dualities of life. We discuss philosophy, science and spirituality, through a modern, ‘practical lens’. We go beyond simply translating the text, we collectively engage in meaningful discussions and derive meaning for ourselves.
Join us as we explore practical aspects of spirituality.
