Garima, co-founder of Swasth, is committed to helping others be their authentic self and live their full potential. She integrates ancient wisdom, nature connection and modern sciences to cultivate harmony in body, mind and spirit. Her own journey began when she experienced how outer success without inner fulfilment can lead to feeling lost, ill-health, depletion, overwhelm and relationship conflicts. Her quest for inner joy led her to study, contemplation, training and practice of multiple disciplines, which cumulatively transformed her inner and outer life.

Workshop Structure

All our sessions are a mix of Theory, Self-Reflection, Small & Large group discussions, Real-life examples, Live Coaching

Week 1

Get a clear picture of your current eating habits, identify what supports lasting change, and set meaningful intentions for the workshop — and the year ahead.

Week 2

Cut through the noise of conflicting food advice by exploring sources of information and building your personal food philosophy. Begin your journey into conscious eating.

Week 3

Pause to assess your progress, learn to distinguish real food from food-like substances, and explore mindful substitutions through simple, tasty recipes.

Week 4

Movie time! Watch powerful excerpts from a documentary, engage in open conversations with guest faculty and alumni, and work through common challenges on this path.

Week 5

Understand how to prevent nutritional deficiencies, debunk common food myths, and explore Ayurvedic insights into plant- and animal-based foods — while uncovering hidden truths of the food industry.

Week 6

Reflect on your journey with a final self-assessment, integrate key learnings, and gather practical tools and resources to support your food journey ahead.
