About Dhyaan

Meditation has always been looked at as a state one must ‘achieve’. At The Swasth Institute, we challenge this notion, and look at meditation not as a state but a skill to be cultivated. We invite you to explore Dhyaan- meditation as a living practice, blending ancient techniques with modern science.

Through values of compassion and non-attachment, we enable you to experience the truths of your inner and outer worlds. We discover meditation as a pathway to clarity and calmness.
