Yogic Psychology
Know your Mind
Catalysing meaningful change over
5 small-group weekly sessions
About Yogic Psychology
Do not mistake Yogic Psychology for a Yoga lesson. In this workshop, we collectively work to master the mind, drawing from the 5000 year-old Yoga Sutras. By focusing on mind-body connection, we work towards building a profound understanding of our psyche. By bridging the gap between this ancient yogic text and modern neuroscience, we train our minds better, to navigate small & large challenges of the times.
Unlock clarity and calm in the midst of everyday chaos.
