About Four Paths to Freedom
Do not mistake ‘Four Paths to Freedom’ for just a lesson on asanas, pranayama, meditation and kriyas. These commonly known elements are a part of Raja Yoga, just one of the multiple paths to achieve the ‘state of Yoga’. In this workshop, we invite you to explore the essence of Yoga as defined by both ancient and modern Yogis.
We take you through 4 paths to discover the joyfulness within- Philosophy (Gyana Yoga), Psychology (Raja Yoga), Devotion (Bhakti Yoga) and Action (Karma Yoga). We have curated an educational, experimental space that will give you the theoretical framework and practical tools to gain an experiential understanding of each path. The workshop will help you anchor to your true self, and find joy in daily living.
